Shoutbox Rules

1. Our forum shoutbox should be used only for talking with other people. Like "Hi", "Hello", "How're you doin' man?" Conversations like those.
2. Spam is not allowed in the shoutbox. Examples: "asdsads" You know, pointless shouts.
3. Requests shouldn't be shouted in the shoutbox. Example: "help me find this or that" We have a specific forum for requests.
4- No Advertising or linking to other sites. That will get you a warn then a ban.
5-No swearing. We dont need that here.

Forum Activity

Guys, start some forum activity. I see 3-5 members online but none of them posts or start topics.. Post new topics or reply to discussions that have been already started. Also if you downloaded some of the files that have been uploaded, saying "Thanks" will be very much appreciated. So guys, start the forum activity and let us help each other to make Xinoa one great site to be in.

I think this should be increased especially for those who will post collections of graphics stuff because they'll post many previews for their collections.
